Landscape Architecture — Leicester
Landscape proposals for the St John's House student accommodation site in Leicester. The landscape strategy creates a sequence of amenity spaces around the building, while reinforcing the existing vegetated edges to strengthen the site's green character and provide a more welcoming environment for residents.
Seating areas provide opportunities for informal socialising and relaxation, while dedicated cycle and bin storage areas are integrated within the landscape to support the functional requirements of the development. Retained trees provide an established landscape framework, helping to structure the external spaces and reinforce the site's existing character.
DAC provided services at planning stage.
